We were busy in the Engage ME program during the fall semester and expect to be equally active for the spring.  Our main focus in the fall was our professional mentoring program for students.  We had more involvement from industry and more than double the number of students involved this year from the 18 participants last school year. 

Also, we had a successful Diversity Co-op job fair in conjunction with the campus Career Center.  It was so successful that we plan to repeat the event in February.  We have more engineering mentoring, meetups, and academic activities planned for the spring semester and are beginning to increase our outreach to Charlotte area high schools.  Our goal continues to be to recruit, retain, and graduate great engineers!
