Student Veterans of America 2026-27
Description
At UNC Charlotte, we take pride in the gold standard we set with our Military-Veteran Services. We have been recognized as one of the nation’s top Military Friendly Schools, earning the Gold designation Award for a fifth consecutive year in a row since 2022. Our commitment to veterans has also been honored through Military Times’ Best for Vets Colleges ranking for three consecutive years and by U.S. News & World Report as one of the top colleges for veterans, including third-best in North Carolina. Our mission is to help student veterans find community and connection, and with your support we can expand that impact throughout the city and beyond.
This year, we are raising funds to support special events, conferences, professional development opportunities, and other experiences for UNC Charlotte student veterans throughout the 2026–27 academic year.
These opportunities can include attending national SVA events such as the Student Veterans of America National Conference, participating in leadership and professional development programs, and supporting chapter events that bring our student veteran community together.
Help found the tradition today.
