About Club Baseball at Charlotte
Club Baseball at UNC Charlotte is a student-run team of 33 dedicated players who compete across the region while balancing classes, jobs, and campus life. We practice, travel, and play because we love the game - and because representing Charlotte means something to us. From first pitch to final out, we’re proud to wear green and gold!
Why We’re Fundraising
Unlike varsity sports, club baseball is largely self-funded. That means our players cover the cost of:
- Travel and hotel stays for weekend series
- Game balls and equipment
- Bats, catcher’s gear, jerseys, and hats
The costs add up quickly, and fundraising helps make sure finances don’t decide who gets to play.
Why It Matters
Your support keeps club baseball accessible, competitive, and sustainable. It helps current players create lifelong memories, build leadership skills, and stay connected to the game they love. For alumni, it’s a way to give back to the program that gave you teammates, friendships, and unforgettable moments.
